Our Mission
The mission of this dental office is to provide the highest quality dental care possible through application of both historically proven methods and proven new technologies, such that good health is maximized and sustained for all patients who choose us. We wish patients to choose us for the high quality of our communications skills, our diagnostic skills, our thoughtful and organized treatment planning, our superlative technical skills, and most importantly, our unwavering effort to provide for the comfort of the patient.
Appointments
We see all patients on an appointment basis, and ask that you call and schedule your appointment in advance. We also ask that if you must cancel your appointment, that you give us 48 hours notice so that your previously reserved time can be made available to another patient.
Emergencies
If an emergency should occur, please call our office, even if it is not during our working hours. Our answering machine will provide you with emergency instructions and contact information for Dr. Bakkum.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services.
Prescriptions
Please remember that all prescriptions and authorizations for renewals should be requested during normal office hours.
