We make every effort to keep our costs down while maintaining a high level of professional care. If your treatment plan requires several visits, you will be given an estimate. Our office accepts payment by cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We also offer low- and no-interest financing options, both through our office as well as through the CareCredit system. Our many payment options include:
- Prepayment Courtesy: The total fee paid for in full in advance of treatment, with a 5% courtesy discount for cash or check payments and 3% for credit card payments, for treatment plans over $1500.
- Time of Service: Payment by cash, check (license and card required), major credit card or CareCredit.
- 50/50: The first payment made on or before the first visit, and the balance due on the date of completion. This is only valid for two-part treatments like crown/denture placement, etc.
- Delayed Start: Regular monthly payments to be applied as credit until the balance is paid in full, at which time treatment may begin.
- Monthly Payments: Regular monthly payments to be made after treatments of over $500. Any payment plan lasting over 4 months will accrue interest.
Insurance
Our office accepts a wide array of insurance plans, and we are a preferred provider for Delta Dental. If your insurance covers our treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.

Please remember that insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
